Distressed Challenge Card

I am the host of the StampsRUs Challenge Blog this month and I have decided to go with DISTRESSING. You can enter the challenge HERE. You have all month to finish it.

For my card I used an image from Mo's Digital Pencil. If you have not checked her out yet you really should. She has some really, really cute images. I have used papers by BoBunny's Kitchen Spice Collection along with cardstock by Bazzill. I distressed all my edges using the edge of my scissors then I inked them all. I have colored my image with Copics and added some Shimmers to the umbrella and also added some crystal Lacquer to the puddles. I finished it off with a ribbon at the bottom. Hope you enjoy!

Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, R20 on cheeks
Hair/Pants: E25, E27, E29
Jacket/Boots: BG10, BG13, YR02, YR04, YR07, YR09, R21, R81
Umbrella/Chicks: Yoo, Y02, Y04, Y06, Y18
Duck/Puddles: C1, C3. B00
Shaded outside image with B000
Used W0, W4 to warm colors a bit.

    This card is beautiful!! I love the distressing...and I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who just uses scissors, or in my case my exacto to distress! I'm all for finding frugel - use my hands not a kit or machine - to create amazing looks! You are truly an inspiration!
